Beginner’s Guide: Claiming the Welcome Pack in Forza Horizon 6

Step 1: Install the Welcome Pack DLC

First, make sure the Welcome Pack is installed on your platform—Xbox Series X/S or PC. Check the "Manage Game and Add-ons" section of your system to confirm it’s fully downloaded and ready.

Step 2: Unlock the Autoshow

You can’t claim your cars immediately. Play through the Tokyo City introductory race with Mei to unlock the festival menus. After this tutorial, the Autoshow will become accessible.

Step 3: Visit the Autoshow

Head to any Festival Site or your Player House. Enter the Buy & Sell menu to access cars available for purchase.

Step 4: Claim Your Cars

Filter or sort the cars by price. You’ll see the five Welcome Pack cars listed at 0 Credits. Select each one to “buy” it for free—this adds them to your garage instantly.

Step 5: Use Your Vouchers
Car Voucher: Redeem it at the Autoshow for any single vehicle. Pro tip: save it for a high-end hypercar rather than a cheap starter ride.
Clothing Tickets: Go to the Character Customization menu to redeem them for Common or Rare items to style your driver.

Troubleshooting Tips
Missing Cars: If any car isn’t showing as 0 CR, make sure you’re signed into the account that purchased the DLC. Account-sharing setups may require the primary buyer to claim the rewards.
Loyalty Rewards: If you played previous Forza games, you could unlock up to six additional free cars (like the 2024 Corvette E-Ray) after completing the intro race.
